Good detail, especially with the timings and lyrics. It would be useful to see some colour, even if you have just added it as a separate comment. Remember to consider the connotations of colours too.
The shots of the daughter will be in colour as will the artist Carly Jones playing the piano and singing but when the shots are shown that include the mother and her daughter these shots will be in grey as to show they are past memories and to help the audience understand the meaning and story of the song. Transitions that could possibly be used in our music video would be cuts from one shot to another and also cross fading or fading out from the shot to black.
